About CRVAS

Pronounced “Service”

Our philosophy is simple: Care for every property as if it were our own.

We understand the trust involved in handing someone the keys to your home, and we take that responsibility seriously.

CRVAS Home Watch was established with one goal: to provide homeowners with dependable property care, proactive maintenance coordination, and personalized service.

Founder Charlie Rash brings over a decade of experience in business operations and real estate, including supporting real estate investment firms, overseeing property-related operations, coordinating contractors, and managing complex projects across residential real estate portfolios.

That experience has reinforced the importance of protecting one of your most valuable assets, staying ahead of maintenance needs, and having someone you can depend on to handle the details.
